Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT 02/2026
Flying Branch
Candidates must have passed Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 Level or B.E/B.Tech Course.
Ground Duty Technical
- Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics): 10+2 with Minimum 60% in Physics and Math, and a 4-Year Graduation/Integrated PG Degree in Engineering/Technology.
- Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical): 10+2 with Minimum 60% in Physics and Mathematics, and a 4-Year Engineering/Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
Ground Duty Non Technical
- Administration and Logistics: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with at Least Minimum 60% Marks.
- Accounts: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with at Least Minimum 60% Marks.
Physical Eligibility for Non-Technical Ground Duty: Height – Male: 157.5 CMS, Female: 152 CM.
NCC Special Entry and Meteorology Entry
- Flying (NCC Special Entry): NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ Certificate, adhering to Flying Branch Eligibility.
- Meteorology: B.Sc with Physics and Maths (60% Marks).
